Penny was like a second mother to me through most of my younger years. I have always loved and admired her for her joi de vivre, her boundless positive energy, and her unmatched creativity in everything she did. Her artistic talent was truly exceptional and of course, she was one of the best mothers I will ever know. We will all miss her dearly...and offer our sincerest condolences to her wonderful family. God bless Penny

I will always love Penny Robertson!!! She will always be a special light in my life!!! What an amazing, beautiful woman. I remember her as beautiful and “southron” and the epitomy of Virginia elegance. She was just different in a way that made us all proud to know a lady of her element. Penny was very unique in Seaford in a way that made me privileged to know her and her family. Waynesboro was a place I learned about from the Robertson clan before I went to college in Blacksburg, VA, but became familiar with on my many trips down to VA. Penny became more defined the more I drove through this beautiful part of this country. She is/was as “smooth” as from where she came. A more beautiful place on earth does not exist and she is of that place. You will forever be that to me, Penny!! Oh, and I hope I can make your macaroni salad even a tenth as well as you did. I love you!

Penny, you were always a special friend throughout our school years together! You always put a smile on everyones face when you were in their presence. You were a friend to all who knew you. I know you will leave a big void in the hearts of the many family and friends who were fortunate to share life with you. May God continue to bless those who are left behind. Till we meet again! Love, Sylvia

I was lucky enough to live across the street from Penny and saw her talents first hand. She was amazing- change the color of a room in a day. Watched her sculpt her beloved poodles and some local squirrels. For a Super Bowl Miami against? she sculpted a dolphin headed for the goal post There was nothing she couldn’t do artisticlally. She was so much fun as a friend and neighbor. Love her and will miss her. My deepest sympathy to her family
