Mary F. Kozikowski

Mary Kozikowski, age 99, passed away peacefully at Foulk Manor North on Saturday, February 5, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1922 of Lithuanian parents, Joseph and Helen Rutelonis.  She married James F. Feeney on September 21, 1941.  Mary was a strong helpmate and loving mother to their five children during Jim’s 30-year naval career.  After raising her family, Mary worked in the Brandywine School District for 22 years as a Financial Secretary.

She is predeceased by her second husband Edward J. Kozikowski in 2003, son Matthew Feeney in 2011 and grandson Zachary Feeney in 2015.

“Grammy” was a much beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her entire family.  She is survived by James and (Karen) Feeney, Patricia and (Jim) Whittaker, Mary Hendrickson, and John and (Patty) Feeney; twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  We will dearly miss our feisty, devoted matriarch.
