Linda Joyce Qualls Kieffer

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Linda Joyce Qualls Kieffer on January 6, 2024, at the age of 74.

Known for her beaming smile, Linda’s family asks that you remember the joy she brought to others during her service as a Nurse and a life lived with purpose. She is survived by her 100-year-old mother Joyce Cardwell Qualls, son Richard W. Spence III, two daughters Alisha R. Foley and Amber J. Anderson, her partner of countless years Charles Kieffer, brother Spencer Qualls, Aunt Roberta Whiteside, and cousin Dawn Kaufman.

A memorial service will be held for Linda on January 19, 2024, at 3:00pm at Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. Friends are invited to call upon the family beginning at 2pm.

Remembering Aunt Linda when she and uncle Charles lived in Topeka. Loved her smiles and kindness. Was so proud and happy for her when she became a nurse. Through all her struggles she came out a winner. God bless uncle Charles. God bless and be with her children and other family members. Love. Laura Leis Nursing tribute to you, Linda

    Robert Page writes,
I was a classmate at AI Dupont with Linda. I last saw her at our 50th reunion. That was the first time I had seen her since graduation. She had her son with her, we had such a nice conversation. I had good friends that lived in Henderson NV, I thought that was quite a coincidence. She was such a nice person and accomplished so much. Unfortunately after high school all our lives go in many different directions. I wish I had known her better. Although it has been over five years since our reunion it seems like I just saw her and I could not believe she had passed. I'm so sorry for you loss and I know she will be missed by all who knew her. Sincerely, Bob Page
