Kathleen McCulloch

Kathleen Elizabeth McCulloch, age 55, of Wilmington Delaware passed away peacefully at her home due to natural causes on Sunday September 17, 2023.

Born at Wilmington Hospital in October of 1967 to James O. McCulloch and Elizabeth L. McCulloch, Kathleen (Katie as she was known to her family and friends) was the oldest of two children.

Katie enjoyed ice skating, shopping, country music, bowling, coin collecting and decorating her home for Christmas.  She was also very proud of her costume jewelry collection.

She is preceded in death by her father James O. and her mother Elizabeth L.  Katie is survived by her brother James L. and niece Zoie C., both of Meriden, Connecticut.

Funeral Services

Services will be held for Katie at 11:00 AM on Saturday October 14, 2023 at Grace Episcopal Church, 4900 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803.  The family will begin receiving guests at 10:30 AM.

The family asks that in lieu of sending flowers, donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, Attn: Donor Services, 3540 Crain Highway, Suite 675, Bowie, MD 20716

    How sad to read that Kathleen has passed away. I always enjoyed talking with her when she'd come into my work & while she waited for her cab to come back to pick her up. She was a gentle soul and will be missed. Rest in peace, Kathleen. God Bless.
