I was shocked and saddened to read about Greg from his Facebook page. I knew Greg from his time at Wolfpark. We were interns there together. I have lovely memories of my time there and Greg was part of that. I followed his career from Facebook and was happy when he became a veterinarian. Although we did not have contact I still thought of him and our time at Wolfpark often. To his friends and family please accept my condolences. Greg was my friend from high school. We sat next to each other in band and would hang out after school. I saw him over covid for the first time in years and he was still the same caring person I remember. May the force be with you my friend! I am sorry for his family’s loss.

I knew Greg in Vet School, and though it was only four years, classmates spent a lot of time together back then. Seventy of us spent pretty much 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week with one another for four years. He was genuinely a good guy. I remember him as a positive and upbeat person, and he got along with everyone. Reading about his life and career after school, it is wonderful to see that he enjoyed his life and fulfilled his dreams. I'm sure he made his little corner of the world a better place. It's a tragedy that he is gone too soon. My deepest condolences to his wife and family, his staff and coworkers, and everyone who will miss him dearly.

Shocking news - so sad. We worked with Greg at Bay Animal Hospital in Delaware. I can honestly say he was the most entertaining person I ever met - his sense of humor was like no other! I think he just liked to see me turn red! His stories - - OMG! He had a deep passion for his profession s well - what a loss!

I went to school with Greg at Mohonasen through middle and high school. We spent so much time together in band laughing, goofing around and just being kids. As many people on here have said, he was one of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. I was not surprised when he worked with animals and became a Vet. He was so kind and patient. I was familiar with the game and agreed even though I thought it was an unfair match and a 9 year old didn't have a chance of beating someone in college. I was shocked and saddened to hear about Greg's passing. My heart goes out to his wife Paula, sister Kim snd dad Charlie. Greg was my student at Mohonasrn when I was a new school counselor. I remember Greg and his buddies loved making homemade horror films while in high school, which I enjoyed watching. Greg stayed in touch over the years and I was looking forward to our next catch up. The mug he brought me from Wolf Park is quite faded now but I will cherish it all the more as a lasting memory of Greg.

Paula: We are so very saddened about Greg's passing. He was the kindest, most capable and compassionate man. We loved him and cherished our friendship with him. We have so many wonderful memories of all of our times together from Malibu to Biderman to the veterinary office. He had a gift from God with pets. The first time we met Greg we were so shocked and thrilled that he sat on the floor when he examined our dogs. Our dogs adored him. Gleela and I will always remember my cousin Greg as a kind, gentle, caring and quiet person. Greg used to raise rabbits while growing up at his home in Rotterdam, which led to a fulfilling career as a veterinarian. I am just learning of Dr Greene’s passing! My sincere condolences to his family & work family! Dr. Green performed surgery at Bay Animal Hospital on our Buckley and was instrumental in convincing my husband that the surgery was in the best of our Buckley! He was truly one of a kind! This world has lost a wonderful human being and a true humanitarian! May God rest his soul!
