Joie Ward Stover & Doug Stover writes,
We are saddened by the loss of Don. We were honored to call him our friend, for Joie since middle school. We enjoyed spending time with Don and Mary Lou, traveling, laughing, reminiscing, talking sports, or where to find the best subs or Tastykaks. His love of family and friends was deep and his laughter was infectious. RIP our friend. Love, joie, doug and dionna

    Dana Shreve writes,
First, my deepest sympathies to Mary Lou and all of Don's family and friends. It was my privilege to have worked with Don during our days together at BC/BS of Delaware. Don's primary focus of responsibility was working on behalf of organized labor groups. I learned much from Don. He was generous with his time and advice, drawing from his in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and from his own experiences as well. In particular, he consistently demonstrated steadfast advocacy for his clients' best interests. As a result, Don earned everyone's respect and appreciation for his commitment to both BC/BS and his clients. His quick wit and dry sense of humor will be missed. Be at peace Don. Dana Shreve

Richard and Maria Vielbig lit a candle and writes,
May Donald rest in peace. We'll remember him when we attend Mass today. Richard and Margie FYI: Her full name is, legally: Maria Margarita, but because so many Hispanic girls are named Maria, like in."West Side Story", she uses her middle name's short form.
