I am saddened to hear this news. I got to know the “Chapin” girls when their mother Pat was living at Forwood Manor. Deb was a wonderfully loving daughter, sister and human being to all she met. So glad I was blessed to have her make a cameo appearance in my life. She will remain a very pleasant memory forever! God bless, comfort and console all who know and love her for she will be missed desperately. Sincerely, Randy Huber
