Clem, Was a wonderful person and friend. We grow up in the little town off Wyoming and spent most of the years attending Caesar Rodney School. He was a good athlete and played, baseball and basketball for C. R. In addition he was one of the best students in the class. We all enjoyed the many Class Reunions, with lots of stories and many good laughs. The memories will live on, Penn
