    Ozzie Osborne writes,
As a fellow Avonian, I had the great pleasure of meeting Bobbie and getting to know Carol, Bob, Jane and Lee. I have always considered the Applegate's family and Carol has been an icon in the lives of a close cadre of fellow Avonian's I have known and been friends with since 1971. One of my favorite memories were these special belts she made for 5 of us. One of them I'll always remember was the belt name made for our close friend, Don, called "Sweet tart". To you, Carol, I know you and Don are having a great dance together.
