Brenton M. Clark

Brenton M Clark, 91, of Glen Mills, PA passed away on December 20, 2019. He obtained a BS in Engineering from Syracuse University where he met and married Patricia Quinn, his wife of 44 years. He attended OCS and commissioned as a 2nd Lt. The Air Force sent him to Penn State University where he obtained his MS in Meteorology. He served his country as a weather officer. After separation, he joined DuPont Co. and worked in the Plastics Division for 33 years.

Mr. Clark was active in several community groups that supported children activities. He coached swimming, CYO football, and baseball. He was an umpire for Naaman’s Little League, a past president of Graylyn Crest Swim Club, and an avid hiker in the Wilmington Trail Club. He was elected by the Syracuse University Varsity Club as one of six “Lettermen of Distinction” for 2007. He was later inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame.

He is predeceased by his wife Patricia and sons Steve and Mike. He is survived by Karen Kenaley (Doug), Susan Berry (Don), and Kevin Clark (Amy), seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Burial will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE.
