Met Dick in cow barn
Dick got used to Ukrainian church
Got married August 5, 1951…….
Betty liked to entertain and thrived on being social.
Language was no barrier, she had a knack for communicating
without words, through her bright eyes and easy smile
Followed by 3 kids
Glenn, Elaine (pip), Pat
then 5 gran kids
then 8 great gran kids
She was very active in church and community including
Jr. Board, Red Hat, Choir Church of Ascension (Claymont) and St. Barnabas (Wilmington), Episcopal Church Women, National Cathedral Association
My bride liked to travel and took me and the kids to see 47 states and me to visit 81 countries
As we said a “life well lived”
