Anna M. Figliola

Anna M. Figliola (Ventresca), age 98, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2024.

Anna was predeceased by her husband Anthony Figliola and her son David. She is survived by her sons Anthony Figliola (Juliann) and Richard Figliola (Suzanne); her grandchildren Nicholas Figliola (Celie), Marisa Altenbaugh (Ryan), and Elizabeth Figliola; and great-grandchildren Sophia, Ella and Vincent Altenbaugh.

Anna was the youngest of the Ventresca clan, having been predeceased by her siblings Frank, Ralph, Joseph, Marmie, Mary, Steven, Helen, Alex, and Anthony.

Thanks to the staff at Compassionate Care and Sunrise Senior Living. A special thank you to her niece Marlene Ferro, who was a constant help over the final years.

Services will be held Thursday, October 31, 2024, at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 7 Sharpley Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. A visitation will begin at 10:30 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at Cathedral Cemetery.

Donations in the name of Anna M. Figliola can be made to Compassionate Care or Salesianum school.
