To Amar's daughters and all of his family, I am so very sorry to hear of his passing, and you will all remain in my prayers. I went to St. Thomas with Amar and, although many years have passed since the last time I saw him, I still remember that he always had a smile on his face.

My condolences. I had the privilege of working with Amar and I kept in touch with him beyond. He was a thoughtful Man. You could tell he was one step ahead of the conversation when you talked to him. May God help you navigate through the void he is leaving here and may he rest in peace by His side.

    Sean Rampersaud writes,
I will truly miss Amar. All the good times and craziness. Especially those late nights playing monopoly and how he used to hide the money. But every once and while he would slide me a little of that play money, so that I didn’t have to leave the game. That's how he was. He was always looking out, always trying to make sure that everyone was smiling and was always included. I send my deepest sympathy and condolences to all the family and friends. May God bless each one of you. May He keep you and hold you through this time and any other time to come.
