Sharon was my favorite nursing preceptor when I started on 3E/W in Wilmington back in 1986....She showed me how to practice using critical thinking while putting forth the highest level of compassion. She'd trek up and down the hallway answering calls with such patience. I'm glad that she traveled and delighted in her family. The days are dimmer for sure. Sharen was an awesome mentor who cared so much for her peers as well as our patients. I learned so much from her.
