My condolences to Miss Hayes's family. I had the good fortune to meet Miss Hayes when my children started at Tatnall Scholl thirty years ago. Miss Hayes was the total educator. She enriched not only my son's life, but many, many other children. I am most grateful for all of her kindnesses. I used to love run into her at the Acme. She always remembered my family. God Bless her.
