Virginia F. Forenski

Virginia Forenski of Hockessin DE passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024 peacefully in her home.

She was the daughter of the late Bertha and Michael Fabiucci. She has been a stay at home mother for about 63 years which she devoted her life. She enjoyed a love for tea pots as she collected many throughout the years. She was the wife of the late Lt. Robert J. Forenski who she shared 46 years with until his passing in 2005.

Virginia is survived by her sister Linda (Chalmer), children Ginger (Bob: passed) and Robert (Paula), grandchildren Krista (Nazz), Robbie (Elizabeth), Jacob (Krystyna), Michael, Mary (Andrew), and Jessica and great grandchildren Riley, Kylie, Rocky, Ellie, Madison, Max, Jakey, Anthony, Helena, Bella, Feniks, Athena, Adam, Gabriel, Silas, and a new great granddaughter on the way. She will be missed by extended family and friends who she shared many memories with throughout the years.

Interment will be on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Ashland at 11:00 AM.
