Paige Elaine Michael, age 15, of Oxford, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 15, 2024, surrounded by her parents and brother after a courageous five month battle with leukemia.

Paige attended Oxford Area High School where she was a cheerleader. Outside of school Paige was a dancer, having started at the age of 2. She had danced competitively and also performed in numerous ballets with Cecil Dance Theatre. Her favorite show to dance in was the Nutcracker, especially since she loved Christmas. She had planned to continue dancing in college and wanted to choreograph for a dance studio when she was older.

Paige was a beacon of light that brought warmth and laughter everywhere she went. She was known for her infectious smile and her vibrant and bubbly personality. She loved her family and friends deeply and was the biggest supporter of those closest to her. Paige was pure joy and made the lives of everyone she met brighter.

Aside from dancing, Paige enjoyed traveling, tanning on the beach, shopping, and being with those she loved. She was always listening to music and loved animals, especially her pets.

Paige is survived by her parents, Jason and Danielle, and her brother, Connor. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Diane Guba, her paternal grandmother, Emily Michael, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services

Visitation will be held from 10am to 1pm at Sacred Heart Church, 203 Church Rd, Oxford, PA 19363 on August 22nd, followed by a funeral Mass at 1pm. A luncheon will follow at the home of the Manis Family in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eli Seth Matthews Leukemia Foundation, Inc. Please add in the note section “Dr Gresh’s research, in loving memory of Paige.”
