Frank Jarvis Blair, III

Frank passed away on Saturday October 21, 2023 from a short illness.  He had just celebrated his 80th birthday.

Frank graduated from Claymont High School and decided to enlist in the U.S. Air Force instead of attending Art School.  He was stationed in Texas during the Vietnam era with the Strategic Air Command.

He is survived by his sisters, Christine and Edith Blair and future brother-in-law Tom Snyder who also took care of Frank prior to his passing.

Funeral Services

Services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Faithful Friends, 165 Airport Road, New Castle, DE 19720.
