Arlene will surely be missed! Her sense of humor, her love for others, love of life, and that special laugh of hers will always be remembered! We were very fortunate to befriend Arlene when she and her family moved to Chestnut Hill Estates in Newark, DE in the mid 70’s. Robbie and Brian were the same ages as our two kids. Arlene and I would take the kids to Becks Pond or Lums Pond for a swim in the summer, bought matching picnic tables, dug up trees in the woods to plant in our yards. Had a lot laughs! She was my best friend!! Then she moved 😥 But… we remained friends all these years. Miss you, Arlene!!!! Love you!!!!

I will remember her always. She and I shared a stomp dance to "Heatwave" on the side of Buckshutem Road on the way to Wildwood, NJ. We had many a good laugh over the years reminiscing about that memory. Please accept my dearest condolences.

Way too young to be leaving us - we were friends since high school - slightly "kookie", always funny, and never afraid to share an opinion. Although we went our separate ways, we always enjoyed catching up every year at a Christmas lunch with our other St. E friends. Time passed, but our friendship endured. Although you are gone from us physically, there are many memories that will bring back the beauty of happy moments shared. Rest in Peace, sweet friend. My sincere condolences to Rich & all Arlene's family.
